Xero accounting software testimonial

Following our recent seminar outlining the benefits of Xero, a good number of attendees have signed up to join the growing band of clients who are now using our recommended accounting software package.

This month, one of our clients, Simon Robinson from Dalesbred has provided us with his experience of using Xero over the last few months.

“Before appointing Pearsons as my business advisor I used spreadsheets to record my business records. I only knew how my business had performed after my previous accountant had prepared the accounts after the year end.

On Pearsons advice I switched to Xero at the start of this financial year. My records are now up to date to the day enabling me to review the performance of each part of my business, quickly check who owes me money and keep an eye on liabilities such as VAT. Being able to import bank statements straight in to Xero also saves me time.

Pearsons are also on hand to go through any questions that I have, and because Xero is online they can access my file and even put entries on as we talk. With up to date information they can also perform a tax planning session before my year end helping me keep control of my tax liabilities. I have recommended Xero to business friends and will continue to do so.”
