Management training

As part of building a business the development of the team is vital. The management training undertaking through our programme allows people to have the knowledge to work both to Supervisor Management (Level 3) and to Operational Management (Level 4).

The training builds the skills required within the business that allows business owners to spend time working on the business and not in it, as the team is able to work to the standards required at the operational level.

The course content is specifically tailored to individual business requirements with the learning being linked to practical, real life situations in the workplace. Your team of candidates will undertake a group project which can then be used in the business to make change, improve services or introduce new working practices.
